INVITATION to a VOYAGE original textiles and garments are designed and created utilizing numerous traditional hand processes and simple, ecologically sustainable production practices. As a result of the handwork invested into each fiber, cloth, printing block and garment, the completed pieces are alive with natural beauty, sensuous color and alluring texture.

Our hand-illustrated artworks are carved into rosewood printing blocks by an expert artisan and then soaked in mustard oil for several days which cures the wood to prevent cracking. Our custom colors are hand-mixed with biodegradable, water-based inks and our hand-spun, hand-loomed organic cotton and linen fabric is block-printed on long printing tables by highly skilled artisan printers. After printing, the fabric is hung in rows to dry, then tea-dyed, washed & dried.

In our effort to promote slow fashion and reduce overconsumption on the planet, we cut and produce only to order and our garments are intended to last a lifetime.
